Are Persephaure glasses dishwasher safe?
Yes. The Luxe Series is designed for real entertaining, including careful dishwasher use. Space each glass securely and avoid contact with other pieces during the cycle.
Why are there ten different shapes?
Bowl volume, rim diameter, and height change how a wine breathes, how aromas gather, and how the first sip arrives. Each Luxe silhouette is optimized around a family of wine styles.
Where should I begin?
The Pinot Luxe is the anchor of the collection: Burgundy-inspired and exceptionally versatile across medium-bodied reds, full-bodied whites, and sparkling wine.
Can the glasses be engraved for gifts?
Eligible Luxe gifting projects may include custom engraving and presentation options, confirmed per quote for corporate, client, wedding, and private gifting. Mandy handles each inquiry personally.
Are the Luxe glasses sold individually?
The consumer Luxe collection is offered in sets of two. Each two-glass set is $120, with availability confirmed personally before the order is arranged.
What makes a wine glass shape different?
Bowl volume, taper, rim diameter, and pour level influence how aroma gathers and how the first sip arrives. Shape does not change the wine itself; it changes how the wine is presented to your senses.
Do I need a different glass for every wine?
No. One versatile shape can serve many wines beautifully. Purpose-shaped glasses become valuable when you enjoy comparing styles or want a more complete table for frequent entertaining.
Can I see the presentation box before ordering gifts?
Yes. The corporate gifting page shows a Persephaure two-glass presentation example. Final packaging, eligible personalization, branding, quantity, and delivery details are confirmed in the written quote.
Why are hospitality prices not shown online?
Trade pricing depends on the selected SKUs, carton quantities, production timing, freight, samples, and delivery requirements. The public trade catalog therefore provides specifications and prepares a private project-pricing request.
Can restaurants and hotels request samples?
Sample guidance appears on the trade category pages and is confirmed as part of the inquiry. Use the catalog to select products, then include the sample request in your project notes.
What happens if a glass arrives damaged?
Contact Persephaure promptly with the order details and clear photographs of the packaging and affected piece. The team will review the shipment and explain the appropriate next step under the shipping and returns policy.
